Ride With Jay is a client-based support service. The product is the plan, the notes, the phone-friendly progress view, and the follow-through between days on snow. If Holiday Valley allows it, this can sit around lessons families book directly through the resort.
Pilot pricing is being shaped around the support needed. No Holiday Valley lesson is sold through Ride With Jay.

The 9-zone ladder.
AASI calibrates ability across 9 zones, from day-one first-timer to expert / freestyle. For the first request, keep it simple. The deeper rider profile can open after purchase or acceptance into the support plan.
Support layers
Make progress visible.
The useful part is the record: goals, ride notes, video review when allowed, parent updates, and a simple next-step plan. Resort purchases and policies stay with the resort.
